The Marina Homes at Drifter's Marina are Lake Tulloch's newest waterfront homes. These "duet" homes are upgraded with features consisting of maple cabinets, granite kitchen countertops, bamboo hardwoods, tile and porcelain marble flooring, stainless steel commercial grade appliances, dual zoned heat and air, Kohler fixtures, tiled bathrooms, jetted tub and more. One of the nicest features is that there are No HOA Dues or Maintenence Fees to raise up the monthly costs. Each owner is responsible for their unit and the homes are built as maintenence free as you can find with metal roof, two color stucco finish, powder coated railings and composite decking.

Lake Tulloch is one of the few lakes in California that waterfront homes are permitted to be built, making this area a prime destination for second home owners from the greater San Francisco Bay Area, as well as families and retirees that are looking to settle down away from the bright lights of the city. Lake Tulloch offers great water sports activities such as wakeboarding, waterskiing, fishing, jet skiing and more. The lake consists of 55 miles of shoreline and its lake level is controlled by two dams so the lake level is constant and the water is really clear. Lake Tulloch is full from Memorial Day though Labor Day during the summer months and it is lowered 10-12 feet during the winter for flood control.
